Thriving Through Change Program
The Thriving Through Change program is designed to help individuals to find ways to positively navigate their way through change. To thrive through change individuals need to understand what is going on for them psychologically, cognitively, emotionally and physiologically. By gaining insight into these elements, individuals are better able to manage and respond to their changing circumstances.
While the program’s approach is underpinned by science, the course activities are practical so that the individual walks away with a toolkit to help them thrive through change. This program is conducted in a group setting.
