Terms & Conditions for website purchases - Michelle Gibbings

Before submitting your enrolment and payment, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

By proceeding through the checkout, the full payment will be charged to your credit card. Alternatively, if you wish to pay by invoice please advise and an invoice will be issued. The invoice is required to be paid at least 14 working days prior to the scheduled commencement date of the program.

Please note the cancellation terms:

  1. Cancellation within two weeks of the program commencing 50% of full program cost.
  2. Cancellation within one week of the program commencing 100% of full program cost.

If you are unable to attend you may transfer the course to another attendee.

If registration criteria are not met or if conditions arise (beyond my control) there may arise a need to alter the date and venue. If this occurs each registrant will be contacted personally.  If the program is cancelled or moved to a date that no longer suits the participant all monies will be refunded.

From time to time there may be minor changes to the advertised program’s content, however this will always be to the benefit of the attendee.

From time to time discounts to courses may be offered to either existing clients or as offers to individuals who attend events. There is no obligation or guarantee that these discounts will always be available.
