Purchasing this product indicates you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
- Upon submitting a signed enrolment form, a tax invoice will be issued and is required to be paid at least 10 working days prior to the program’s scheduled commencement date.
- The start date for the program is flexible to suit the participant’s needs. This will be discussed and agreed with the participant and coach.
- The length of the program is set based on the level of program the participant chooses to purchase, and sessions must be completed within the expiration period. If you have not used all the sessions, you can request an extension. This must be discussed and agreed upon with your coach.
- The dates for the coaching session are agreed progressively. The participant can request a change of date and time providing 48 hours notice is provided to the coach. If not, the coaching session will be counted towards the participant's agreed number of sessions.
- The coaching sessions are delivered online using MS Teams or Zoom. At times, your coach may make arrangements to conduct sessions in person. If so, they are held at the AICD member's lounge.
- All sessions are confidential and no material or conversations shared with your coach will be divulged to any other person.
- Once the coaching program has concluded, all material and notes from the conversation will be securely destroyed. If you wish for your coach to refrain from making notes during the session, please let them know.
- Once the coaching program has concluded, you can contact your coach, and once-off one-on-one sessions can be booked at a cost which will be discussed and agreed.
- All sessions are intended for general education and information purposes only.
