Nothing on the website, in brochures, marketing material or in products/services provided should be interpreted as legal, medical, tax or other professional advice.
All products are intended for people aged 18 and over.
Any testimonials are not to be taken as a guarantee that you will get the same results. There are many factors influencing your success.
By accessing Change Meridian (Michelle Gibbings) products and services, you acknowledge and agree that the company, its employees and representatives are not responsible for the decisions you make, and any losses or issues that may arise.

This site gives you an opportunity to browse and purchase products and services offered by Change Meridian (Michelle Gibbings).
These terms and conditions govern your use of this site and, when you purchase goods and services, form a binding contractual agreement between you and the company (Change Meridian Pty Ltd).
Program Enrolment
Before submitting your enrolment and payment for courses and training, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
By proceeding through the checkout, the full payment will be charged to your credit card. Alternatively, if you wish to pay by invoice, please advise, and an invoice will be issued. The invoice must be paid at least 14 working days prior to the scheduled commencement date of the program.
Please note the general cancellation terms for publicly run programs:
- Cancellation four weeks (or beyond) before the program commences incurs 50% of the full program cost
- Cancellation any time in the three weeks leading up to the program commencement date incurs 100% of the full program cost
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer the course to another attendee.
If registration criteria are not met or conditions arise (beyond my control), I may need to alter the date and venue. If this occurs, each registrant will be contacted personally. If the program is cancelled or moved to a date that no longer suits the participant, the registration fees will be refunded.
From time to time, there may be minor changes to the advertised program’s content; this will always be to the benefit of the attendee.
From time to time, discounts on courses may be offered to existing clients or to individuals who attend events. There is no obligation or guarantee that these discounts will always be available.

Earnings Disclaimer
The results each individual achieves depend on their level of input, implementation, and commitment to achieving a result. Each person gets different results, and your results depend on how you implement what you learn.
Refund and Returns
Public and Online Courses
Please ensure that you choose to invest wisely with us. No refunds are available to you due to a change of mind.
Coaching Program
For people who enrol in a six-month or longer coaching/mentoring program, the following commitment is made:
“My promise to you – if you don’t find the first session of value, I will refund the cost of the session.
Book Sales
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your book purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive the goods.
Please email us at support@michellegibbings.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase, so we can resolve any issues.
This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and prepay all postage.
You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration or insurance with your postal carrier. Change Meridian Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
